Archetypus is the sort of place you almost want to keep a secret>> tell only your closes friends about. That's why I could not think of a better place to host the 2nd Spoken Word.
The evening raised $$ for Tierra Sherlock's (2nd grade) wonderful cause.. to help out the Phillipines>> On September 26th, there was a very bad storm and flood known as Typhoon Ondoy/Ketsana> A lot of people lost there homes.
We had the pleasure to experience the music of the very talented and enchanting Danielle Hicks. Who found time in her hectic schedule to perform a couple of songs.. Thank you! http://www.myspace.com/dhicksmusic
The speakers new/old alike were inspiring:
Roger Quesada
Ammy Martinez
Tamara Gonzalez
Michelle Lopez
Viviana Casasus
Johnny Martinez
Raul Alban
Jovan Nixon

The very idea of a bird is a symbol and suggetion to a poet. A bird seems to be at the top of the scale, so vehement and intense his life...the Beautiful. Vagabonds endowed with every grace, master of all chimes and knowing no bounds -- and how many suggestions to the poet in their flight and song. -John Burroughs
